Does Inferix send emails on my behalf without me seeing them?
Not unless you tell it to. By default, every email Inferix drafts goes to your approval queue before sending. You can graduate to full autonomy for specific vendor types or spend thresholds — that's entirely your call, configured in your account settings.
What happens if a negotiation goes badly?
Inferix is designed with walk-away floors you set yourself. If a vendor won't move past your defined threshold, Inferix flags the deal for human review rather than accepting unfavourable terms. It won't close a deal you wouldn't approve.
How does Inferix know what a fair price is?
Inferix builds its benchmark pricing model from anonymised data across all closed deals on the platform. The more deals it processes, the sharper its benchmarks get. In the early phase, our team also supplements this with curated market research and vendor pricing intelligence.
Can vendors tell they're talking to an AI?
Inferix communicates professionally and in plain language — indistinguishable from a well-prepared procurement contact. We don't take a position on disclosure; that's a decision for your organisation to make based on your vendor relationships and applicable regulations.
What integrations are available right now?
Currently in development: Google Workspace (Gmail + Drive), Microsoft 365 (Outlook), and Slack for notifications. Direct integrations with contract management tools (Ironclad, Docusign) and ERP systems are on the roadmap. We're also offering custom integration support for early enterprise customers.
